Limited Lifetime Warranty

Every Unbottled companion comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering material and workmanship defects.

What’s Covered

Material and Workmanship Issues
If your Unbottled companion shows a genuine material or manufacturing flaw, we’ll make it right. We’ll replace the affected part at no cost to you. And if an exact match isn’t available, we may offer a similar in-stock companion or, when appropriate, replace the entire companion instead.

Use as Intended
Our warranty applies when your Unbottled companion is used and cared for as designed. It doesn’t cover everyday wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused by use outside its intended purpose.

Authorised Purchases Only
Our warranty applies only to Unbottled companions purchased through our official stores. This helps ensure you’re covered and that your companion is the real deal.

What’s Not Covered

Even the best companions have limits, and our warranty is no exception. It doesn’t cover:

Everyday wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dents, chips, discolouration, flaking at high-friction points etc.)

Accidental damage from drops, impacts, misuse, or neglect.

Cosmetic marks or blemishes that don’t affect performance.

Improper care, cleaning or storage, including stubborn odours, mould, or rust.

Third-party modifications, engravings or add-ons.

Warranty Limitations

Unbottled’s Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only as outlined here. It doesn’t include any additional warranties, express or implied, such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The term 'Lifetime' refers to the lifetime of the companion itself.
This warranty becomes void if the companion is modified or repaired by anyone other than Unbottled. We may request photos of the issue, or ask that the companion be shipped to us, so we can verify the defect and continue to uphold our quality standards. The warranty is not transferable, and we do not offer monetary reimbursement. Our total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the companion, and we are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or special damages.
