Thanks for choosing an unbottled companion! Every companion and accessory is picked, packed, and sent with care. To prevent the icks, once your order is confirmed, it’s considered final. We’re unable to offer returns, refunds and exchanges even if your vibes shift.

We know that choosing an emotional support companion can feel like a big decision, so we encourage you to explore colours, sizes, and features before checkout. If you need a little guidance, we’re always happy to help!
